Cute prim store!

I was so glad that Jon had the patience with me
to visit some antique and primitive stores on our honeymoon.
This was my FAVORITE shop in Tennessee... I wanted to
move in so badly .. it looked just like a home inside.
Jon even enjoyed it! Prices were very
reasonable compared to shops from Nebraska and Iowa.
So, I MADE room in our lil car rental for a punched tin
small bedside cabinet, distressed with barn red.
If there would have been ANY room left in the car..
trust me there would have been more purchases.
One more reason to head back to the Smokeys, right?
With a Uhaul! :) Oh the cuteness!

Our honeymoon cabin

Our honeymoon lodge was 3 stories high over looking the smokey mountains and had everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a game room to a hot tub sitting on one of our 2 decks over looking the mountains. We can't wait to go back again! It was so cozy and gorgeous there. We wished we would have allowed more time for trail hiking and to see more of Pigeon Forge.

Headed down the isle.
Holy crap! we actually got
married! :)

Wedding

My husband and I got married April 14th, 2009 in the Smokey Mountains, TN. I had no idea I was getting married that week! Jon secretly set up a private ceremony for us in the mountains in a little white chapel including the cake, pictures, videographer, honeymoon and all.All I had to do was say "yes" and pick out a dress. It was GREAT to skip out on the hassle! After dating for 18 months we felt it was the Lords will for us to be married ... it was just a matter of when! Jon proposed to me April 12th, 2009 Easter Sunday and we tied the knot 2 days later... why waste time right? :)
